ROV Consulting Inc is a structural engineering firm based in Kelowna, BC. We are licensed to practice in BC, Yukon, Alberta and Arizona. We currently engineer over 400 projects each year, ranging from small additions and renovations to large commercial projects up to 24 stories tall. The founder & president, Richard O. Visscher P.Eng started the firm in 1997 after 20 years of experience in the roof and floor truss manufacturing industry as a company engineer supervising up to 13 engineers and technologists. Our clients have come to appreciate our flexibility & adaptability of their changing needs, our innovative ideas, and our practical solutions. We believe a great idea can just as easily come from a client or contractor, and we are happy to try and incorporate those ideas into our structural plans. In addition to Richard, our Firm comprises Mahdi Yazdinezhad, P.Eng M.Sc, and two Engineers in training .
