At Rain Tek, we believe in focusing on the little things like never quoting without a site inspection, showing up on time, offering to hand dig trenches to preserve precious landscaping, keeping job sites meticulous, giving each customer a project file at the end of each job all of these details are where many contractors let their clients down. We saw there was opportunity to be different and we seized it. Today we insist that all of our crews follow a detailed step-by-step process from the first phone call to the final raking of a site so that customers always feel well-informed and that they're getting the best value for their money. It doesn't mean that were perfect were always looking for ways to improve but it does mean that we follow through on what we promise.
