Our business in the broadest sense involves: Site Development, Planning and Consulting Engineering of facilities on brown or greenfield sites - Assistance with the municipal approvals and permits for industrial, commercial, institutional and residential developments. Lanhack staff has built up over 30 years of experience, expertise and proven management capabilities that have made the company successful, innovators and leaders as a service provider for all type of markets. Under the leadership and management of owners, Carlo Lancia and David Hacking, the firm has grown since 1994, not just in size but also in offering diversified consulting engineering services for the design of facilities and sites.In 2014, Steve Pongracz joined the firm as an Associate, and has been instrumental in growing the site plan, civil engineering and municipal approvals department of Lanhack. Steve brings 28+ years of proven management capabilities, site plan development, planning and engineering expertise to our industrial, institutional, commercial and residential clients. Lanhack is a medium sized firm of 8 professional engineers and 12 technologists equipped and prepared to undertake projects of any size related to buildings, process and manufacturing plants, institutional and public sectors, condominium and infrastructure.
