Kenwood Homes was founded by Chris and David Parkes to build high quality, energy efficient homes in Ottawa. David Parkes was the founder and President of Tamarack Homes, one of Ottawa's most distinguished and successful house building companies, and has been the recipient of numerous design awards over its extensive history. Kenwood Homes is producing Energy Star rated homes under the design guidance of Barry Hobin Architects and Buchan Lawton Parent Consulting Engineers to ensure the highest standards of design and construction. Trade contractors have been selected to deliver reliable quality consistent with our corporate goals.
