The Sabounchi Family, owners and operators of Precision Contracting & Renovations, have been in the construction industry since 2008. Ali Sabounchi, together with Fred Sabounchi, Kevin and Krister, have lived in the area most of their lives and understand what their community is all about.You will always deal directly with Ali at all stages of the building process. They believe the customer should know and deal directly with the people who are working on the job. They are a hands-on company and it shows in the quality of the workmanship. They do not contract out any of the building; it is done by their team and supervised by Ali Himself.
