Using light gauge steel with structural cement panels we fabricate panels and incorporate modular construction techniques. Fortis LGS Structures can reduce up to 45% of the energy requirements for our buildings, while reducing construction costs, construction time and long term maintenance requirements. Using computer aided and automated production techniques, we pre-assemble components such as: walls, floor joists, curtain walls, and roof trusses in our Edmonton facility and transport these for on-site assembly.
