Midlite Construction Ltd. was incorporated in 1989. Since that time we have completed projects for most major Oilsands, Utility and Mining Companies in Alberta. During the first 8 years in business, we spent a considerable amount of time construction and maintaining 25kV overhead and underground circuits for Atco Electric as well as Transalta Utilities. We specialize in all aspects of Power line, Substation, and Fiber Optic Construction and Maintenance from 25kV to 260kV and also Secondary Distribution Construction. We also specialize in temporary lighting, temporary power and underground power and communications. Midlite is proficient in the installation and testing of grounding systems for powerline as well as substation. Midlite has a high voltage cable termination and splicing division dedicated to Shell Albian Sands and Syncrude Canada Ltd.
