4 1/2 hours to arrive on scene and still charged me full price. Because of their tardiness on a Saturday, all mechanics are closed and I'm stuck in Chilliwack until Monday. Only reason for 2nd star is driver Richard was a decent guy. Plenty of other towing companies to choose from.
