ConDrain Company Ltd. is a division of the ConDrain Group of Companies, and is one of the largest sewer and watermain contractors in Canada. Our offices are headquartered in Concord, Ontario. ConDrain Ltd. operates principally in Southern Ontario, but also performs work in other provinces and several states. Our list of clients range from large municipalities and commercial bodies to small home builders.ConDrain was founded in 1954 by brothers Alfredo, Antonio, and Angelo De Gasperis, as a small concrete and drainage contractor. Over the past 50 years, ConDrain has expanded into land development and has produced many subsidiary companies, but continues to be family owned and operated. Our diverse services and long-term partnerships with our customers have made us a benchmark for quality and leadership in the industry.
