Initially staff very helpful, friendly. However, once home, realized Id purchased quilting thread which cannot be used in sewing machine. When I went out to return it, they refused to refund the $35.00 thread pointing to a very small sign in the store indicating they would not be doing refunds due to COVID! There was no mention of this at cash out, and the sign is NOT visible in store, nor is there anything to this effect on website. Manager was unreasonable. Will not recommend this store.
